“Ilaria brings magic and wonder to her storytelling. We have worked with her to bring our museum objects to life, engaging children, young people, and all the family in the curiosity and fascination of celebrating our collective arts and heritage. Audiences have been delighted at local events across Rochdale Borough whilst our museum is closed for redevelopment by discovering roman coin hoards, archaeology, and natural history through her captivating stories, at parks, community centres, and schools!”
– Bryan Beresford, Community & Inclusion Manager, Touchstones Rochdale

“Ilaria’s stories are beyond exciting! She always has a great mix of entertainment for children and young people as well as keeping it funny for the rest of her older audiences. Her witty stories go hand in hand with her puppets and props, creating beautifully funny performances. She’s a real joy to work with.”
– The Lowry Theatre
“Ilaria is a fantastic storyteller, creating stories for the whole family – just on the right side of bonkers to keep children and adults alike entertained.”
– Roni Ellis, Artistic Director at Salford Arts Theatre

“Ilaria has been our resident storyteller over the summer, adapting stories to suit the events and the families that listened. She had a huge crowd every time and some of our families kept coming back for more. Ilaria’s stories have something for everyone and adapt really well to family events where the age range of families is often unknown. Whether the story takes you to the park, the moon or a party you will enjoy what Ilaria has to offer.”
– Zoe Pickering, Head of Programming at Big Imaginations and Z Arts
“Ilaria’s performances are such a joy! Her characters are relatable and hilarious. Her puppets and props make her stories vivid and fun. Children will love the upbeat delivery and madcap action while grownups will appreciate well-observed characters such as sensible Albert the Monkey who sorts out the council tax. A warm, funny performer who can entertain the whole family.”
– Book Jive Live – Children’s Literature

“Ilaria’s work is inventive, engaging and imaginative. Perfect for younger audiences.”
– Georgia Murphy, Associate Director at Bolton Octagon Theatre
